Affiliate Program Terms

Clear From The Beginning.

These basic rules help protect the affiliate, the client, and Black Market Ghostwriters.

Commission Rate. Approved affiliates earn 20% of qualified client payments attributable to their approved affiliate code or tracking relationship.

Payment Received Requirement. A lead, inquiry, consultation, signed agreement, or verbal commitment does not by itself generate an affiliate commission. Commission is based on qualifying client payments actually received.

Payment Plans. When a referred client uses a payment plan, affiliate commission accrues according to qualifying payments received from that client.

Refunds And Cancellations. Refunded, reversed, canceled, unpaid, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible amounts do not qualify for affiliate commission.

Affiliate Codes. Affiliate codes are primarily used to identify referrals. They do not automatically provide the referred client with a discount.

No Unauthorized Promises. Affiliates may not promise pricing changes, discounts, guaranteed timelines, publishing results, book sales, project acceptance, or other terms on behalf of Black Market Ghostwriters.

Approval Required. Black Market Ghostwriters reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or end affiliate participation according to the program agreement.

Commission Payouts. Approved commissions are grouped into the program's scheduled payout cycle rather than paid immediately after every client payment.
